Chicken Fried Rice- Restaurant Style Indian Style Homemade Easy Video Tutorial

Hi everyone, today I will show you how to make chicken fried rice it’s a requested video very easy recipe. Tip: if you boil rice and cut veggies one day before, it will take only 10 minutes to cook the rice.

Take 2-3 cups uncooked rice, boil them and set aside. Now take 250 grams of chicken boneless and cut it into strips. You need 1/2 cup white part of green onion. Take 1/2 cup green part of green onion 1 cup carrot and peas. I am also using frozen 1 cup bell pepper, diced 3-4 garlic pods, chopped. You need 1 tsp black pepper crushed or powder.

You need 1 chicken cube, 2 pinches turmeric, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, and salt to taste. Take 2-3 large eggs and sesame oil for cooking.

First of all prepare egg and set aside add 2 tbsp milk and turmeric. Mix well and add eggs, beat them well in a non stick pan heat 1-2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently move spatula across bottom and side of skillet and mix it. Cut it into small pieces make sure don’t over cook in the pan.

Once the egg is cooked, just take it out in the plate and cut into shreds. Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil over high heat and add chopped garlic and fry for few seconds. Do not burn. Now add chicken boneless fry chicken for 2-3 minutes or until it changes its color from pink to white – do not overcook as chicken will be harder. Now add in carrots and peas, white part of green onion, bell pepper and fry for 1 minute on medium high flame.

After stir frying, add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, 1/4 tsp white pepper. Mix everything well and dissolve chicken cube into the water from the chicken and veggies with the help of a spatula. Make sure to dissolve it properly. Add eggs and add green part of green onion and mix everything. Now you need to add boiled rice. You probably noticed that I haven’t added salt yet, this is because if you add salt in the beginning, the rice will lock itself and will not be able to absorb flavors inside. So always adjust and add salt at the end if required. Rice has been added in two portions. Now at the end, adjust salt if required. This hot chicken fried rice is now ready to serve.
